Maya Jama has some fun with Leo necklace after Leonardo DiCaprio rumours | CPT PPP Coverage

The 28-year-old Love Island host sported a striped bikini in a new social media post as she enjoys a bit of rest and relaxation after the filming for the hit show ended last month.

Pairing the plunging red and blue top with a straw hat, Maya also caught the eye with a necklace with the word ‘Leo’ on the chain.

While there’s an obvious link to the Wolf of Wall Street actor, Maya – whose birthday is August 14 – is actually a Leo herself.

Still, star sign or not, the jewellery seems like a knowing wink to the recent rumours linking the pair after they were introduced by mutual friends.

The radio DJ was previously engaged to basketball player Ben, with their whirlwind relationship kicking off in the summer of 2021 and an engagement reportedly coming that Christmas.

The pair didn’t publicly open up about their relationship or engagement, but Maya didn’t deny the proposal when she was grilled about it by comedian Mo Gilligan when they hosted the Brit Awards in February 2022.

Maya moved over to America, where the NBA player is based, but returned to the UK full-time when they split in August 2022, while Leo is believed to be single after his split from Camila, with whom he had been in a relationship for five years.

Although Leo and Camila’s romance raised eyebrows initially because of their 22-year age gap, the relationship appeared strong, and the couple actually adopted several dogs together in 2020.
