As usual, PSG has put on sale the shirts they used in their matches and this time they also did it with those of the duel against the Riyadh All-Star Team, in their tour of Saudi Arabia.
One of the attractions of this match was to see the duel between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, which, most likely, will be the last one.
So much expectation was generated by the match that after putting the shirts on sale, Leo Messi‘s shirt has already reached a high figure in the auction.
Bidding is underway
The auctions last about a week and all the shirts have a starting bid of 89 euros (US$96.2).
Users can then track each bid in real time, and as the jerseys are actually worn by the athletes, they bear the game’s markings and are delivered to buyers with a certificate of authenticity.
So far the record is held by a Chinese fan who bought Messi‘s shirt for US$ 47,300.
The Messi jersey in the duel against Cristiano is currently going for almost 25,000 euros, but there are still eight days left to close the auction, which suggests that it could become the most expensive so far.
