50 Cent praises Eminem's 'The Death Of Slim Shady': “Shit is crazy” appeared on www.nme.com by NME.

50 Cent has praised Eminem‘s newest album, ‘The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)’ – see what the ‘In Da Club’ rapper had to say below.

On Monday, 50 Cent – real name Curtis Jackson – took to social media to share his thoughts on his mentor’s 12th studio album, which arrived on Friday (July 12). The post included a screen grab revealing that the album had surpassed 100million streams in only two days.

50 Cent wrote: “Yo [Eminem], shit is crazy. It takes me a while to understand the details of this one.” See the post below.

Eminem’s and 50 Cent’s relationship began in 2002, when Eminem was at the peak of his popularity off the release of ‘The Eminem Show’. Eminem signed 50 Cent, and gave him his biggest single ‘In Da Club’ and his debut album ‘Get Rich Or Die Tryin”.

The two rappers have collaborated with one another numerous times in the coming years.

In a three-star review of ‘The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)’, Jordan Bassett wrote for NME: “So, who killed Slim Shady? In bringing him back to the light and showing him up as irrelevant, perhaps Eminem’s done his old pal in for good. OK, we get it – Shady was a shocking character. Now that he’s dead, how about getting some new material?”

In 50 Cent-related news, the rapper is reportedly “in talks” to make an appearance at the ongoing Republican National Convention. According to CNN, he could be set to appear at some point this week after Donald Trump was formally nominated as the presidential candidate for the GOP yesterday (July 15).

It comes just days after 50 Cent posted a clip of his song ‘Many Men (Wish Death)’ along with a photograph of Trump standing with his fist in the air and blood splattered across his face following an assassination attempt on the former US President. “I know the vibes,” the rapper wrote. “We are all in trouble now!”
