Bruce Springsteen Accidentally Hits Guitar Tech in Head After Throwing Instrument [VIDEO] appeared on www.musictimes.com by Music Times.

Bruce Springsteen‘s recent improvisation featuring his Telecaster went wrong.

Springsteen met his fans during his most recent concert in Atlanta. Videos taken during the show showed people getting hyped because of the musician’s performances.

One clip, however, recorded how the guitarist accidentally hit his guitar tech, Kevin Buell, when he threw his Fender telecaster in the air. Buell, unfortunately, got struck on the head, leading Springsteen to check on him.

The guitar tech immediately sought medical attention. Fortunately, he was not badly injured or sustained any serious damage.

Springsteen has a history of throwing his guitar before the recent incident wherein he misjudged the toss. In the 2016 concert in Seattle and the 2009 show in Munich, the guitarist also threw his instrument but always managed to get it back.

Fans will see more of Springsteen’s guitar throwing during his 2023 international tour. He announced his and E Street Band’s North American leg, and they would visit
cities in the US and Canada.

The Bruce Springsteen and The E Street BandNew 2023 North American Tour will start on Aug. 9 in Chicago’s Wrigley Field and end on Dec. 8 in San Francisco’s Chase Center. They will also visit several states and cities, including Philadelphia, Foxborough, Washington DC, East Rutherford, Syracuse, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Phoenix, and Inglewood.

Bruce Springsteen Pens Original Song for “She Came to Me” Film

Before his Atlanta tour, Springsteen took over the spotlight by writing an original song for Rebecca Miller’s new film ahead of its world premiere at the Berlin Film Festival.

Springsteen wrote and performed “Addicted to Romance,” and it would be played for the first time during “She Came to Me” on the movie’s Feb. 16 screening.

In an interview, Miller noted that she previously worked with Springsteen. The musician’s “Dancing in the Dark” was featured in the filmmaker’s other flick, “Maggie’s Plan.”

“[Composer] Bryce Dessner encouraged me to ask – he was sure Bruce would love the film, so I approached him. Bruce and [his wife Patti Scialfa] ended up watching the film, and, to my delight, they both loved it!” she exclaimed.

A few days later, she heard his “Addicted to Romance” and felt honored as Springsteen reportedly created it based on her film.

Springsteen also gifted his fans his 21st studio album, “Only The Strong Survive.”
