World-renowned jazz musician to headline next week’s WTS concert – Odessa American appeared on www.oaoa.com by Odessa American.
MIDLAND Next week, the West Texas Symphony returns to action next week with a family pops series concert featuring world-renowned jazz saxophonist Brad Leali.
The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 4 at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center.

With a unique style and sound, which echoes influences of his past, Leali is one of the most notable jazz saxophonists in the world.
Next week, he’ll perform with the West Texas Symphony in his live debut orchestral performance at the WNPAC.
The famous musician has had an impressive career, touring and recording with numerous jazz greats including several years with Harry Connick, Jr. Orchestra and with Count Basie Orchestra.
He’s performed around the globe with music icons such as Stevie Wonder, Kid Rock, Beyonce, Billy Joel, Vanessa Williams, Robert Downey Jr. and many more.
Leali was a standing member of the Kennedy Center Honors Band and performed for President Obama’s inaugural celebration. Brad has had a long-time endorsement with Keilwerth Saxophones and D’Addario Reeds. Currently the professor of jazz saxophone at UNT, Brad continues to perform domestically and abroad, including touring with Lyle Lovett & His Large Band.
