Penn State announced they will change parking guidelines for the Kenny Chesney concert this Saturday.

The university expects general event parking areas will reach full capacity, so drivers parking at Stadium West, Jordan East and Porter North will need a ParkMobile prepayment or a valid Penn State parking permit. ParkMobile prepayment will be at a discounted rate of $11 until Friday.

Individuals who prepaid for parking will gain access to parking areas at 3 p.m. while day-of parkers will gain access at 5 p.m. The Bryce Jordan Center doors will open at 6 p.m.

Day-of-event parking will be available at East Deck for $20. If other day-of parking areas are made available, they will be announced before the event date.

For those with a state-issued ADA placard or license plate, accessible parking will be available at Stadium West and Jordan East.

Penn State is encouraging event attendees to arrive early to avoid traffic.
