Tim Cook prefers senior employees, not only in terms of position but also in age, to maintain people’s trust in the company. Information about this was brought by Mark Gurman in the latest edition of his newsletter for Bloomberg. To understand how the principle that Tim Cook adheres to works, it is necessary to go back to the moment when Steve Jobs left the company.

Shortly after Jobs’ death, Bob Mansfield, one of the key figures in all of Apple’s hardware engineering, wanted to leave.
