Free PLAYSTATION PLUS Games For PS5 And PS4 In November 2024 appeared on gamefragger.com by MattIsForReal.
Now that we’re in November, Sony has revealed this month’s free PlayStation Plus games. And as PS Plus subscribers, we’ve got a lot to be thankful for this month.
Three games will be made available free for PS Plus subscribers on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4: Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, Ghostwire: Tokyo, and Death Note Killer Within.
Developed by Milestone, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged is a racing game featuring hundreds of vehicles from the Hot Wheels franchise and dozens of unique tracks such as an arcade, a family backyard, a museum, a gas station diner, and a mini-golf course. There’s also the “Track Room,” which allows you to create your own racing tracks and share them online.
A sequel to 2021’s Hot Wheels Unleashed, the game adds some new terrain types such as grass and dirt, and introduces track modules that allow for some wild rides, such as racing on the ceiling. The game features over 130 vehicles that span the entire Hot Wheels brand line, including Hot Wheels Originals, Hot Wheels Monster Trucks, motorbikes and ATVs. Each vehicle has its own unique racing style and can be upgraded through a dedicated skill tree that directly affects its performance on the track. Hot Wheels Unleashed 2- Turbocharged is playable on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Ghostwire: Tokyo is a supernatural action-adventure game developed by Tango Gameworks, the creators of the rhythm-based acting same Hi-Fi Rush and survival horror series The Evil Within. Directed by Kenji Kimura, who also co-wrote the story alongside Syoji Ishimine and Seiji Ebihara, Ghostwire: Tokyo is set in a fictionalized interpretation of Tokyo, Japan that supernatural entities unleashed by an occultist have overrun. You play as a boy named Akito who was fatally injured in a car crash and becomes possessed by a spirit who imbues him with abilities that allow him to investigate and fight back against supernatural entities. Ghostwire: Tokyo will be playable on PlayStation 5 for free.
The third and final free PS Plus game for November is Death Note Killer Within. Inspired by the Japanese manga, this is an online social deduction game playable for up to 10 players. Bandai Namco explains the mechanics of the game:
Players will be split into two teams with different objectives. To win the game, players will need to figure out each other’s identities and either eliminate L who threatens Kira’s power or seize the Death Note. Enjoy a battle of wits as Kira and his followers, or as L and the investigators in the world of Death Note. As equally matched opponents, the two teams clash to control the game while hiding their true identities from each other. The Death Note is hidden among the players, leading to a thrilling game of cat and mouse until one team overpowers the other. Each role has its own characteristics, allowing you to master a deep sense of strategy and tactical play. Depending on your assigned role, a wide range of strategies can be formulated, and each randomized scenario develops into a high-stakes game of tactics.
All three of these games will be free to download for PlayStation Plus members beginning November 5th, the first Tuesday of the month. In the meantime, you have until November 4th to claim October’s free games: WWE 2K24, Dead Space, and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!.
