Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band tour add third MetLife show appeared on www.app.com by Chris Jordan.
Make it three in Jersey.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have added a third date, Sept. 3, to their run at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford later this summer, according to Ticketmaster. Tickets went on sale for Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 at MetLife on Friday, Feb. 24.
Tickets for Sept. 3 go on sale 1:30 p.m. Friday. “Verified Fans” for Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 can purchase tickets 1:30 to 4 p.m. on Friday through Ticketmaster.
Standard admission ticket prices for the MetLife shows range from $45 to $299 before fees, and went up north of $2,000 for the dynamically priced platinum tickets.
“I was pleasantly surprised the tix were reasonable and not a king’s ransom,” said John Vollaro on Twitter. “Still not over last year’s debacle though.”

Standard admission tickets in the $200 range in the lower level of MetLife were available for Verified Fans at the Sept. 1 show as of 1 p.m. Friday. Tickets went on sale noon for Sept. 1, 10 a.m. for Aug. 30.
