The highly anticipated Beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is almost here now. Interestingly, all PS5 users are in luck at the moment, compared to other platform owners waiting for the new title’s limited build. That’s because PlayStation players will get an exclusive early access to the game before anyone else does.

While PS5 owners are waiting for the Beta, it’s important for them to be prepared. Especially, when it comes to preloading the upcoming build of MW3. For the uninitiated, there are some crucial steps to follow in order to smoothly access the Beta.

Best way to preload Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 PS5 Beta explained

There are two ways PS5 players can preload the Modern Warfare 3 Beta in order to get an early access. Firstly, they can preorder the game digitally from the PlayStation Store. After doing this, they need to go to the Library section and locate the option of ‘Manage Content’. Then, they have to select the Beta pack from there. In the end, they just need to download this pack to preload the PS5 Beta.

The second method includes pre-purchasing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for PS5 through any participating retailer. In case players have preordered the game from an offline store, they will receive a Beta code. They need to use this 13-digit code on this address in order to redeem it: http://callofduty.com/redeem.

After redeeming the previous code, PS5 owners will get a second code. This is the one they need to use in the PlayStation Store. After doing that, they can simply preload the Modern Warfare 3 Beta before it goes live.

What’s in store for PS5 players in Modern Warfare 3 Beta?

It’s already confirmed that the Beta will offer an extended look at the Multiplayer experience. Players will be able to explore four maps and four game modes, having new features and movement mechanics. An additional fifth map will also make its appearance later this week for all PlayStation users.

Speaking in detail, there will be five classic maps available for the PS5 fans. They will get to witness the return of Favela, Rust, Skidrow, Estate, and Popov Power Plant. Another iconic map Highrise will be available in the second Beta weekend.

Moreover, the Beta will also feature the much-awaited Zombies mode. The open world experience will be based on the PvE format.
