No, Just Dance 2023 Edition is not releasing on PS4 or Xbox One. It will only be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia.
This is somewhat surprising given that Just Dance was released on PS3 and Xbox 360, and even the Wii, several years after those consoles became obsolete. So, just two years after the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S were released these are now the primary consoles for the game.
This decision is most likely down to the fact that the series is introducing a new art style and revamping the UI. It is also adding additional features like party-based multiplayer which may all be too intensive on the older consoles. This also does put into question if the Kinect will be supported on the Xbox Series X|S version as people relied on the Xbox One version to get the best experience.
