Justin Bieber, Kodak Black, and others are being sued by victims of a shooting that occurred during Super Bowl LVI appeared on www.marca.com by LW.
Justin Beiber and Kodak Black are now facing court time over a shoot-out that happened during a Beiber concert after-party. Victims of the shootout include Kodak Black himself and there are others who seek some kind of compensation.
Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman were the victims in the shootout
The shoot-out happened at the Nice Guy in Los Angeles, and victims went all out as they did not stop by just suing Bieber and Kodak Black but also, The Nice Guy, The Hwood Group, and Revolve Group, and went hard as they also sued the City of Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood and Los Angeles County for damages.
Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman are the ones who are suing all people responsible including Kodak Black who has been named the catalyzer of the situation that escalated to shots being fired by different people.
Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman are blaming Kodak Black directly
Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman have stated in the documents that were obtained by TMZ that they were blaming anyone responsible, including the security guards which the situation got out of their hands, the venue, performers, and promoters.
Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen spoke to the press “I have seen a lot of bad complaints in my day. This is the most poorly drafted complaint I have seen in 26 years. I expect Kodak to be dismissed from this suit fairly quickly.”
Cohen elaborated“There is zero specificity in the complaint and Ms. Allred groups the defendants all together instead of making specific allegations against each. It’s law school 101. I am embarrassed for Ms. Allred that she actually signed her name to that complaint.”
