The place is located at 443 Greenwich Street, which is known for being the home of several Hollywood celebrities. It was initially a bookbinding industrial unit and was originally built in 1883. Jenn Gates’ new haven comes with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The couple will be residing on the topmost floor of the house, which has 3,400 square feet of open space.

It has a glass-enclosed terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a private plunge pool, and a well-spread dining area. The kitchen of this penthouse is one of the main highlights of the amenities it offers. Kitchen comes with a Christopher Peacock cabinets, and a Calacatta marble finish. The place offers an open-plan living room and dining room, two walk-in closets, customized racks, and attached dressers.
