As part of the Meta Quest Games Showcase today, Polyarc has announced that Moss: Book II will launch on the Quest 2 VR headset this summer.
Moss: Book II launched less than a month ago exclusively on PlayStation VR and is a sequel to the critically-acclaimed 2018 title, Moss. In Book II, players again control Quill as she deals with a winged tyrant hunting her in the hexed castle.
News of Moss: Book II coming to Meta’s flagship headset is no surprise. Last month, Polyarc co-founder and art director Chris Alderson told Upload VR that it was looking to bring Moss: Book II to other platforms “as soon as possible.”
Like its predecessor, Moss: Book II has been met with critical acclaim. Our review noted that the sequel builds upon its predecessor nicely, praising the in-game world and entertaining platforming, though the game running on Sony’s aging PSVR headset is listed as a drawback.
