PS Plus Extra, Premium October 2024 games reveal date, time, leaks, predictions appeared on www.express.co.uk by Liam Martin.

PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the October 2024 Extra and Premium games reveal. Sony will officially announce the Extra and Premium line-up at 4.30pm BST UK time on the afternoon of October 9. The games will be available to download and install less than a week later, on the morning of October 15. Sony typically adds around a dozen games, including a selection of PS4 and PS5 titles for PS Plus Extra subscribers, as well as a handful of retro games and PSVR 2 releases for Premium members. Based on a recent announcement during Sony’s latest State of Play, Dino Crisis and Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain should come to PS Plus Premium in October. Both games would be perfect for Halloween.

Speaking of Halloween, fans believe Sony will add one or two horror games to the Extra line-up in October.

In the monthly predictions thread on Reddit, multiple people think Resident Evil Village will join PS Plus later this month.

That’s on top of fellow horror games like Dead Island 2, The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me, Outlast Trials and Blasphemous 2.

After recently leaving Xbox Game Pass, first-person horror game Scorn is another popular pick, alongside fellow recent Game Pass title Atomic Heart.

One game that also gets a few mentions is Lies of P, as well as the usual suspects of Sonic Frontiers, Viewfinder, Forspoken and Suicide Squad.

Other games tipped to appear include Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora, Twelve Minutes, Final Fantasy 16, Viewfinder, RoboCop: Rogue City, Jusant, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Planet Zoo, Hades, Rise of the Ronin and High on Life.

Needless to say, it’s not all good news, because multiple games will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra later this month.

This includes one or two high-profile titles, such as Gotham Knights, LittleBigPlanet 3, The Evil Within and Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Sadly, multiple Dragon Quest games will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra in October, including the excellent Dragon Quest XI S Echoes of an Elusive Age.

That’s on top of both Dragon Quest Builders games, as well as Dragon Quest Heroes and its sequel.

Finally, Toukiden Kiwami, Gungrave Gore and R Type Dimensions will also leave PlayStation Plus Extra on the morning of October 15.

Daily Express will update this article with the full list of new games when Sony makes the announcement at 4.30pm BST on October 9.
