PS5, PS4 Games for PS Plus Extra, Premium in December 2022 Announced appeared on www.pushsquare.com by Sammy Barker.

The full lineup is as follows:

PS Plus Extra

PS Plus Premium

It’s a pretty outstanding month this time, with PS Plus Extra once again bringing the goods. Sony is leading on WWE 2K22 as the flagship addition, and we were rather fond of the 2K Sports wrestling sim, describing it as “a return to form” in our 7/10 review. It’s worth noting that WWE 2K22 will not be available until the later date of 3rd January, 2023. The PS Blog also only lists the PS4 version, and 2K Sports has confirmed that’s accurate, meaning PS5 owners will be restricted to backwards compatibility.

Sony’s partnership with Ubisoft continues to bear fruit for members as well, with a trio of worthwhile Far Cry titles on offer. While we felt Far Cry 5 was a little safe, we still awarded it a 7/10 in our review, and it’s some great holiday comfort food. Speaking of which, Judgment, Yakuza Like a Dragon, and Yakuza 6: Song of Life should all help satiate your Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio fix. You can refer to our reviews below:

Elsewhere, innovative puzzler The Pedestrian is well worth your time, a game we scored 8/10 in our review: “Minor frustrations aside, The Pedestrian is a fantastic puzzle-platformer that stands out from the crowd. For those looking for a unique pick-up-and-play experience, it’s well worth the investment.” And the two Middle-earth titles were both award winners when they first released.

Meanwhile, PS Plus Premium is enjoying a better month – although it’s still not looking great compared to PS Plus Extra. Ninja Theory’s legendary PS3 exclusive Heavenly Sword is joining the cloud-streaming ranks, flanked by a couple of retro titles: Ridge Racer 2 for PSP and Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus for PS1.
