Rain and clouds will obscure partial solar eclipse appeared on www.northernnewsnow.com by Tony Nargi.
MONDAY: Today we’ll have arguably the worst conditions in the country for viewing the partial solar eclipse with overcast skies throughout the whole day.
Rain will be steady during the first half of the day, with some reprieve in the late afternoon and evening. Temperatures will be in the upper 30s to mid 40s across Minnesota, and warmer in Wisconsin and the UP in the upper 40s to low 50s. Some wet snow could mix in from Itasca County to Koochiching County. Winds will be out of the E at 10-15 MPH, with stronger winds along the immediate shoreline.
TUESDAY: Tomorrow will see AM rain showers with some clearing in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s to low 50s. Winds will be out of the W at 5-15 MPH.
WEDNESDAY: Wednesday will be warm with highs in the 60s for many. Winds will be out of the S at 5-15 MPH, keeping the North Shore a little cooler in the low 50s.
