Ahoy deeply explores the soundtracks computer music, driven by those into software piracy in the 16-bit era.

The answer is the tracker. Trackers are a way of creating music on a computer dating to the early 16-bit era, and there’s a lot more to them than just keygen music starting in 1984 with the ‘286, the mac, the Amiga and Atari ST.

The Amiga was the first sound editing machine and used by non-musicians to create extraordinary electronic music.
