Ohio doesn’t have to comply with an abortion referral rule that could interfere with its receipt of US grant money for family planning services, a federal judge said.
Judge Timothy S. Black of the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio entered a preliminary injunction Tuesday that prevents the US Department of Health and Human Services from curtailing the state’s funding for now.
