Watch Wayne Brady Improvise a Harry Styles Song About Anal Sex appeared on www.them.us by Samantha Riedel.

We’re officially nominating August to be Wayne Brady Appreciation Month for the iconic one-two punch of coming out as pansexual and then singing an improvised song about reluctant anal.

The latest episode of Dropout’s improv comedy show Make Some Noise stars Brady and fellow players Rashawn Nadine Scott and Ross Bryant making up nonexistent songs by real artists — and the Whose Line Is It Anyway? veteran delivered with “Not My Thing,” an instant Top 40 hit in the Harry Styles, uh, style about a first-time bottom with some trepidation.

“You wanna go knock-knocking, back back there? Oh no, it’s something you and I can share?” Brady vamps as Scott and Bryant fall over each other laughing in the background. We’ll just let the rest of the experience, accompanied by pianist E. Aaron Wilson, speak for itself:

Frankly, I’m never going to be able to watch Styles’ “As It Was” video without thinking of Brady’s jaunty little chorus and “protestations,” and for that I am grateful.

Anyone who was impressed by Brady’s “Five Fingers of Death” freestyle back in 2020 owes it to themselves to watch the full “Make Some Noise” episode, which features another Brady banger in the manner of Bob Marley and some epic collaborations between all three comedians. And while the episode was taped long before Brady’s exuberant coming out earlier this month, it sure feels like his shoulders are lighter than they used to be in these performances.

We’re certainly here for Brady in his “pansexual comic genius” era, and Dropout — which regularly features LGBTQ+ performers including Erika Ishii and Ally Beardsley, and produces myriad series with queer themes and casts like Tales from the Closet and Dimension 20 — seems like a natural place for him to kick off that era.

Dropout owner Sam Reich confirmed earlier this month that his studio’s contracts were not struck by the WGA and SAG-AFTRA, making the streaming service one of very few companies producing LGBTQ+ content during the Hollywood strikes. So if we all keep our digits crossed for the next several months and behave ourselves, maybe Santa Brady will give us more presents next season.

You can watch Wayne Brady’s full episode of Make Some Noise on Dropout.tv.
