The luxurious community features just 41 lots connected by one road, accessible by a single bridge. The island’s real name is Indian Creek, but its wealthy residents love of privacy has made this island one of the most secretive locations in the world.

What is the Billionare Bunker?

What would it be like to visit the island and buy one of its opulent waterfront properties? You’d have to access an exclusive country club, a sprawling golf course, and protection from a 24 seven private police force. This is what it’s like living in a community built for billionaires.

Indian Creek Island is just off the coast of Miami in Biscayne Bay. The affluent community is surrounded by water and connected to the nearby town of Surfside by Bridge, where there’s an always occupied guard structure keeping unwanted visitors out.

The island is 300 acres of pure paradise

The 41 lots are all along the shoreline boasting uninterrupted views and private water access. They water a country club and golf course designed by architect William Flynn.

Only one road connects the island’s mansions in the Billionare Bunker

Indian Creek Island Road. This island hideaway isn’t naturally occurring. In the early 1990s. It was dredged from Biscayne Bay. In the late 1920s, the island started to become a getaway for the wealthy. Wanting to keep their private island and secluded retreat.
