Lavish estate for sale is California neighborhood’s ‘Michael Jordan’ of homes. See why appeared on www.miamiherald.com by TJ Macias.
A luxurious estate that was a vision designed by developer Ramtin “Ray” Nosrati has landed on the real estate market in Los Angeles for $29.88 million.
Named Allure, the mega mansion (14,000 square feet) is an iconic home that was “inspired by The Greats across various domains — including elite athletes, top Hollywood stars, influential C-suite executives, and international business tycoons” a news release says, making it ultra special in the housing world.
With seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, Allure not only boasts amazing views of the canyon, it sits on a spacious lot of 1.3 acres of usable land.
High-end features include:
-
Pickleball court
-
NBA-sized half-court
-
Movie theater
-
Candy lounge
-
Chef’s kitchen
-
Organic garden
But an unusual feature the estate has is a “living moss wall,” the listing on Compass says. Yes, you read that correctly.
“A centerpiece of ‘Allure’ showcases Ray’s latest passion and innovation; his signature living moss walls in the homes he design-builds. Hand-assembled piece-by-piece, ‘Allure’s’ living moss wall suspends approximately 30 feet above the main living area and seamlessly blends into the skylight,” the listing describes. “The total area of the two living walls is approximately 5,000 square feet and comprises four moss varieties.”
The home stands out in its posh neighborhood, and Nosrati compared it to the most famous NBA player of all time.
“Like the Michael Jordan of Brentwood homes, ‘Allure’ stands alone,” Nosrati said in a news release. “’Allure’ isn’t just about its features; it’s about the unforgettable experiences and transformative moments it promises. Every detail is a piece of a larger narrative that speaks to my team’s relentless pursuit of perfection. I believe in creating homes that are not just lived in but that live and breathe with their inhabitants. And that’s what we’ve achieved with ‘Allure’.”
The listing is held by Sally Forster Jones and Nicole Plaxen of Sally Forster Jones Group at Compass, Santiago Arana at The Agency, Shauna Walters at Beverly Hills Estates and Josh and Matt Altman of The Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman.
